It sounds harsh, but 70% of business owners didn’t actually work yesterday; they just kept busy.
How much of your day do you actually spend doing the thing you are brilliant at? Most business owners take the easy route by filling their time with emails, phone calls, and little bits and pieces. You feel busy all day, but nothing really moves.
Every business has one thing it actually depends on. It is the deal, the decision, or the specific action that moves the needle forward. Everything else should be delegated, outsourced, or run through AI.
Do not bury your business in busyness. Focus on what you are best at and make sure that one thing gets done every single day.
