300,000 Horses. Gone In 11 Years. Is Your Business Next?

In 1900, London had 300,000 horses. By 1911, the last horse-drawn bus was gone. Eleven years was all it took for the “unsolvable” problem of horse manure to vanish with the arrival of the car. I believe every business owner faces that same crossroads right now.

You either adopt Attitude A, claiming you are doing all you can, or Attitude B, where you rise to the challenge and use every tool available to get ahead.

With costs rising and margins tightening, the businesses that are using AI effectively right now are the ones pulling ahead. Even for a one-man plumbing business, AI saves time, money, and stress. If someone tells you they don’t need it, they are the equivalent of the sceptics in 1894 who couldn’t see the car coming.

In this episode, I explain why now is the time to choose your side.
