Hitting Reset

It does not matter how slowly you move, as long as you do not stop. The real damage is not the missed workout, the bad meal or the off day, it is the decision to wait until Monday to start again. Progress comes from the habit of resetting quickly, not from being perfect. Every time you reset instead of quitting, you build momentum. The goal is not to stay on track forever, it is to get back on track faster.
