Goals vs Habits

Big goals mean nothing if your habits stay the same. You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your habits. And if those habits are inconsistent, you will keep snapping back to where you started no matter how motivated you feel. Progress only sticks when the daily behaviour changes. Small, boring, repeatable habits are what carry you forward when motivation fades. If you want different results, stop setting bigger goals and start building better habits.
