Clearing the Fog

What we often call “fog” is usually unmet needs catching up with us, things like sleep, rest, decent food and a bit of breathing room. A few days away from the noise can clear your head and remind you what your body and mind have been asking for all along. As you look toward the new year, take that clarity with you. You do not need to rush. Start rested, start aware and move forward with intention.
